I go often through the parts of some cities that are not as
economically viable as others . I see people, children, faces. I see
workers, strollers, commuters...city life. It is what it is and my
elucidation adds nothing to the pictures extant in the public mind.
For
the sake of argument I will take the extreme position that not all of
whom I see are ones who deserve the fate of not living more better and
that not all uf whom I see deserve the fate of the free sanding scorn
heaped upon those not able enough to contribute to the coffers of those
who despise the under classes...... the drag on the system of growth
and sustainability that they are. Were it not for the fact that they
contribute canon fodder for warfare they would serve no purpose what so
ever.
Those who look but do not see are dumb enough. Those who
see the scripts only manufactured for them by the charming demons of
their natures are worse yet.
Class warfare is a foolish term when
knowledge dictates classes should be fixed and that classes wishing
something elas are pretenders and disrupters.
It is about power
structure, stupid, Power, freedom of movement and discourse for those
who wish it, have it, own it, manipulate it. They follow the laws of
human nature as we know it and we allow them to maximize their
proclivities.......anything that lessens access to wealth, power,
control is un American and the America they have sold those who have
sold their souls for a false image of belonging to their
fraternity....the willing pawns of the dumb set enjoy sharing the same
villains. That is their pay off. The reflected glory of the clinched
fist.

Small government. Big Government. Public money. Private money. People starving. People not starving. Helping a neighbor out of the goodness of ones heart. Helping a neighbor out of the largess of public policy. Spending for this. Spending for that. Buying this. Buying that. Demand for goods. Demand for services. Satisfying demand. Nurturing demand.
In the end that for which there is demand for gets dealt with. That for which there is demand for gets approached and , with varying degrees of success, gets attention. In the end the efficiencies of the market work extremely well where they work extremely well. The grand public panorama of effective government handles things that are beyond the scope of capitalist incentive....beyond the vagueries and whims of the decision makers and power brokers in a competitive market place.
Safety nets in society bind us together. Mass poverty and illness are in no ones interest save those who envision a different world.....one of only corporate sanctioned winners.
In the end there are rational, common sense needs of a civilized world. There are rational, civilized needs for checks and balances, protections from those who may act in their own best interests in no others. There are lines that should never be crossed when seeking a just and fair world. There are certain truths that are implied in the social contract of any society.....change those truths and the society is no longer a harmonic whole.
In the end, if there is a common purpose and a common identity and common interests things sorted out come from the same pie.......You pay one way or the other. In the end the viscous battle are between those who wish the power to dictate.

We all love the hard charging bastions of faith and practitioners of principle. Those of principle are hard to find....they are special and they need to be encouraged to keep their purity. It matters not whether or not their principles are well thought out, are the results of deep soul searching and a quest for understanding and enlightenment...principles are sacred and principles are what defines a true, honest man or woman of special ethical rank and privilege. It a principled thing to be principled.
When dealing with principles it is never right to question motives or analysis. It must be taken as rote that the true premises upon which the edifices of and towers of certain integral truths are built are premises worth having, worth promoting, worth seeking to use to enslave others not so enlightened. It is impolitic and impolite to mention that many monsters of history were also true to their principles...except, sadly, those principles didn't do well by their many unfortunates in opposition.
In vaunted democracy is it principled to honor the dictates of conflicting ideas working their way through the scrutinies of time and effort or is it principled to declare oneself the messiah of thoughts who knows well enough the dictates of God and hell..... who knows well enough that the principles of ones adversaries are spawns of a corrupting devil.
Our true principled wonders...our new saviors everywhere of grand and rancid morality...... sell always the sizzle not the steak.... sell the holiness, not the idea. Who could argue with principled martyrs? Another last bastion of worthless scoundrels.

Everyone hate the government and those who govern. All would send them packing and then pick a new set of stooges to sing and dance for fun and amusement. And these songs would be better. These dances would be flashier. These folk would be more responsive and more deeply in tune with the democratic governing principles of our hallowed land. And all would be happy. And all would be thrilled. And all would have the experience of political ecstasy for the new bums in place would not be the problem and the long line of cookie cutter followers they represent would just take the place of those who had gone before.
What in Gods name makes anyone think that a different mix of cow can come to fore and chew any differently, blankly stare any differently, give the world an excess of methane gas in any different manner. What gets taken seriously gets taken seriously. What sells sells. What seduces seduces. What bludgeons bludgeons. Hallowed points made by stars luminescent are what there is. Excuses for statesmen, stateswomen are the mold of what the stork wants, what the pretty boys and pretty girls want, what the bats in the belfry want. What seduces seduces, what makes all little hearts flutter over and over again makes all little hearts flutter over and over again. The sun don't shine in any different places than it did before. The rain still gropes the land

Back in the beginning, after the days of 9/11, when there was threat in the air, danger in the air, uncertainty in the air, moral clarity in the air, unity of conviction, unity of hope, unity of purpose, pride in a nation of solid footing, moral standards, tattered regrets....there was a glimpse of a glowing dawn

A longing wish for a world of rational, fine actors looking to establish the hopes and dreams of coordinated right and coordinated might for right; a longing wish for a world of pristine hearts of honor going off to challenge the ravages of hell induced souls who delved all to deeply in meals of distortion and hate.....dreams, envies, wishes of false atonement. It was the call to vanquish the rancid self mocking words and deeds, self lathering wretched fantasies covered with hardened ignorance and the fervors of those who have nothing save the capacity for fervor to expand upon.
There was then a time, a moment, an instant when the world turned, when there was in that world an opening for the better natures of our spirits, when there was in that world an opening for the truths of our hearts, our nobility, our fierce sense of our mythic selves, the fierce prides built into the fabrics of our character, the sacrifices, sweats, toils, dreams, judgements of those who lived once to do the good and the right.
There was then a time, a moment, an instant when all was possible going forward, all was willing to be sacrificed, all were willing to be asked tough things going forward. There was a then a time when the stars were aligned by craven accident and true national character cried out to be in play, to be shown the flag, to be shown the meanings of creating worlds free from regressions, scavenging, craving, coveting, callous, insignificant, humorless, self righteous damning souls.
There was that moment.
There was moderation in the worlds that spawned our attackers. There was adulation and appreciation for our land that still stood for the greatest aspirations that men and women could stand for. There was a rallying for the right to make evil an unattractive entry, a entity that could not forever stand support from its self interested backers. There was that...all that.
Great nations, great peoples seize the moment, seize the initiative, seize the chance, the gifts the fickle gods can bestow.
Great nations, great peoples are not supposed to fail.

Who buys the wicked nonsense that the wicked mouthers spew over and over and over again? Who can really be so dim as to take to heart the terrible illogic and false premises put forth by those who pander to all of the abject fools that just don't understand the virtue of my take on what is right. Who could possibly be vague enough to be in the camp of the propaganda spewing, semi literate, overbearingly self righteous gnomes who litter up the air with their unholy take on the ways of the world? Who could possibly think me dumb if they only were able to understand the purity of my motives and the love I have for hearth and home, flag and country?
The talkers talk and the vile try to ruin my perfect world but I know better. I know that if I only could shut them up, put them down, remove them from the face of the earth....the ones who wish to take down my pink clouds...I know that if I could just make them be seen as the worthless pieces of evil that they are then truth and justice would finally be a rainbow arc over the land.
Sic transit ... All virtues will not be transitory ......the sun will shine forever.
Poor damn fools who are not of my good stock. Why are they so damned diffident, obstinate, false friends. ...Never do I have to acknowledge them as valid folk. Unworthy thoughts make not an honest point of view.

Economic policy is the much debatable rancid football of our times. Do we want heaven on earth for our beleaguered country? Do we want a garden of Eden with life good and cares small? Do we want the fruits of honest labor to bear fruits of sustainable labor?
Is there access to material, innovation, coordination, distribution, efficiency in markets....all the base underlying needs of wealth and plenty? If there is plenty to be had then the problem is in how best to access it. If there is not, then the problem is in how best to find or create it...plenty.
Inefficient systems or insufficient bounties open themselves up to battles over who has access to the ultimate controls of goods and services, force and law, mobility, dictates of behavior, access to survival. Abundant economies make the jockeying for such power verily a spectator sport with most happy enough to let those in the arena game out their fiefdoms as long as they leave paths of survival for the rest of the worker ants. In tight times those who have fiefdoms wish only to protect them and keep them...wish only to keep the hordes from the gates, force on their side. Policy is smoke. Policy is mirrors. Policy is tactic and strategy for establishing order, hierarchy, reigns of power, access to the never ending more.
Systems are power based, power centric, power diffused. Power hungry bastards with power use many tricks to work their ways forward. Weak sisters and savants dream the dream of being cultural icons and philosopher despots as they bring force to startling rhapsodies of ideological purities. In the end it is about gaining control of a system shaped and molded by forces at your beck and call. The interests of the rabble can always be used to seduce and undermine when they are sold a rancid dream and forced down a path where they end up with no say but to find scapegoats for their false dreams gone awry and astray...and hearty thank yous and ass kissing to their patient masters.

Its the battle over eduction stupid The students are studious. The teachers are teacherous. The sharp in the know of all things feel good and attacking are treacherous. The politics are unfathomable. Right, left, in between. The mouthers and the talkers and the true believers should never be surprised that sometime, somewhere, some way, some how when they go and go and call out someone over and over and over again that that someone, something, some body, some wimp just might get up off of the carpet of defensive victimhood and strike back.

When overseas markets get to be more enticing to business than our good old domestic market then there will be no more incentive to pay a living wage to a living person if that living person can no longer be counted upon to be a living customer.
The only incentives for business to produce jobs is to get labor at a rate that is affordable....no more in cost than in production. the equation for business is profit. Employment is useful only in service to that end. Employment is not an end unto itself. Business gravitates towards monopoly of markets. Business leaders gravitate towards monopoly of production, of resource, of labor, of integrated, reliable means of sustenance.
Labor can be a troglodyte bore, using resentments and revenge to wrest any economic power it can get. Labor also is the only line of defense against a system that, in reality, cannot and does not factor in employment and wages into its model
In the land of the free it is amazing how quickly good wages, benefits, and pensions have become words of derision, contempt, and fear. Economic factors mitigate the wants of workers but when did the race to the bottom, the loss of expectations become a desirable model ...... and why is it that those who perceive no personal danger and who always have at least a path to survival are the ones who wish for that low level survival to become something that their neighbor should be thankful to have?
There is no such thing as America. It is a hollow shell that provides fodder and seed capital to those who can play upon the global stage....They are for the efficiency of their markets, the efficiency of their control. They factor in their real world insights and toughness and wish to be kings. Model a middle class? Don't be absurd. Give me useless bums as serfs and street people any day of the week.

Why battle over eduction? The students are studious. The teachers are teacherous. The reformers are treacherous. The politicians are unfathomable. The talkers hate public anything.
Teaching is an easy rewording job. It is easy to get new teachers to last three years. Millions will be streaming into its ranks so that they get get dumped upon, lose union rights, be at the mercy of political hacks and education Nazis.
Go work for those who hate you, devalue you, take away a your autonomy in the classroom. Go work for those who know better than you how to do your job, want to make points over and over again with the anti intellectuals who don't give a damn about learning , education, enlightenment.... who are agenda junkies who never met a whipping boy they didn't love.
Its the manna from heaven stupid, the rancid power brokers stupid. Its the movement for feel good reforms stupid. Its the hate those who know something stupid. Its the all purpose hate the unions stupid. Its the hate any thing smacking of liberal arts stupid. Its the what is science stupid. Its the control of the curriculum stupid. Its the control of the curriculum stupid, now and forever.
Its about the children as in how sweet and meaningless an image to sell to those so inclined to get on my bandwagon, stupid. Entertain them to death, the poor little children....call on them not to be responsible, to never self motivate.

Mean guys are in the games with the big prizes. Street wise punks had better get wiser still. Those who deplore the streets are red meat.

Drug Cartels funding anti drug campaigns. Political power players funding laws destabilizing the disenfranchised. Those able to manipulate smaller governing bodies favoring anti intrusive small government. Anti government infrastructure movements not wishing money to go to unions. Avowed anti capitalists wishing controls over the work force.
Shadow boxing is always shadow boxing. Tactics are always tactics. Strategy is always strategy. When logic is insufficient in explaining the lack of common sense based outcomes and policies money and power lead the way. When practicality of action and result gets swamped in a morass money and power hoe the road. When suckers get suckered against their own best interests and they are sold the lie, buy the fiction, are put on the market to be bought and sold as the chattel they are, they screech mightily with the joys of groveling pigs.
Big interests have big interests, do things quietly when then can, loudly when they must. Fools have big interests, get played all the time, believe that the interests of the interested who are ready, willing and able to swat them down. Fools have big interests, get played all the time, believe that the interests of the interested who are ready, willing and able to swat them down. The poor put upon feel that the interests of their betters coincide with the interest of the suckers who are fed peanuts and given bread and circuses. Poor drab little lives.... sell what there is of a soul for the rotten entertainment of cystic scum.
