Federalism.
Regionalism. Extreme gerrymandering. Lets keep those in need of vital
resource such as police, fire, teaching, public health at the mercy of
those who have not to gain by providing obtainable, civilized conditions
for uncivilized, unmanageable beasts.
Budget cuts, grand
philosophies, wealth whores mean internal territories can now qualify
for third world status but without the ability to get the valuable aide
given to third world victims. Our own third world counties, cities,
parts of cities should be in a pure state unencumbered by the corruption
that comes with spending resource, treasure, hope and efficiency and
quality and survival. Streets are for those who can own them.
States,
counties, jurisdictions should be comfortable fiefdoms, at the mercy of
those who can own them, maneuver them, sell them, dump on them. Tin
pot demigods and snakes want what is rightfully their and the smaller
the jurisdiction the easier to game. Own a land of plenty and establish
order as ye may. The caste systems go to the entitled.
