So
who has enough money to continually push against the legalization of
any drugs or such dregs? Follow the money in any investigation save the
drug or dreg wars? For pay prisons? Happy right wing ideologues
standing pat and bashing lefties? Booze magnates? Drug lords? None of
the above.
So some states make a tidy profit on money they get
back from the federal government as opposed to the vile money they put
in. The key here is to not put money in but to still get back the
largess that is needed. That largess goes for good cause. Not for bums
and other such denizens.
States' rights include the right of
states to become tin pot subsidiaries of any tin pot power base that can
play lord and master in a small easily maneuvered sample.
The
press as the fourth branch of government. If once ... never more. Who
