We have our elections to deal with these issues.
Limited
resources. Lots of bodies. A problem, the first. An annoyance, the
second.. Aware members of the policy and power elites know the games of
thrones and the games of caste; the games of structure, protective
coloring, covering, walls and force. Also aware members of the policy
and power elites know tis best when the system polices itself and the
losers have not outs, have not sustenance, not access to influence, not
access to resource, or general order on their own terms.

second.. A vote is a little piece of theater in the grabs for the
forces either of the state, or in lieu of the state. The regulations of
societal power come from adequate challenge and means of
implementation. There need be paths to power. There needs be counters
to those who would block same. Nothin' for nothin'. The honey pots of
life at the top brings out the mean and rancorous bears. Which of us
can identify same? The honey is controlled by access, philosophy, force
of will, strategic superiority.
