to have the good fight, make the good world, stand by the shreds of
honor that echo in the streets of those willing to be free.

folk might be opening up to the passions for imposing humaneness upon
the public square, opening up to the need for the lack of the self
indulgent follies of moral blindness, aimless disdain.
